Can't wait for our second bathroom remodeling
They are very easy to work with and did a fantastic job on our bathroom several years ago. Can't wait to get started on our mancave bathroom.
Shower Stall install
I ordered an oversized shower stall installation on Nov. 20 ,2020. I knew it could take longer to create due to larger size pan. Initial contact Jerry was knowledgeable and pleasant. But throughout the entire relationship with Bath Planet there were unnecessary delays. A couple were many days each. The shower installer Theius was the superstar of the process. Theius was always courteous and friendly. His work ethic was admirable. His portion of the job took 4 days. Each day he left the work area clean and uncluttered. My wife and i were very impressed with the quality of his work and the beauty of the finished product. The final piece was the sliding bypass doors installed by Jerome and helper who did a great job. I can't end this review without mentioning Jess in the office who was always pleasant to talk to whenever i had issues to discuss or questions. And from start to finish 132 days passed.
Shower and tub remodel
My new bath/shower was just completed and I couldn’t be happier. The bathroom looks beautiful. Our contractor, Theius Singleton, was personable and professional. He greeted us every morning with a smile and was pleasant to have around. Theius worked very hard every day and took the time to ensure the job was done right. He knows his stuff and did an excellent job. I recommend him and Bath Planet highly.
Blown Away!!
Our outdated bathroom is finally gone thanks to Luxury Bath. From the very professional first phone call to book the consultation, to the coolest salesman ever, and finally to the top notch installers, simply amazing. The Wife and I are so very pleased and couldn’t be happier with our experience The pictures online and in their brochures DO NOT do their products and service any justice. Once you see a Luxury Bath Bathroom in person, you too will be BLOWN AWAY!!
Fantastic job
I wanted to replace my bathtub with a walk in shower. The representative Brandon explained what the job would entail, show me samples of the product and available styles, job time and procedure as well as costs. I felt comfortable with my decision from the beginning. I now have a beautiful walk-in shower that I am proud to show off. Quality and craftsmanship are definitely the norm for this company and their representatives

From start to finish was a great experience! Matt was outstanding! Explained each phase. Did wonderful clean up! For a bathroom update Bathplanet is the place to go!!!

My experience with Bath Planet has been absolutely excellent. Great quality products and a fantastic installation in one day like they claimed. I'm really sorry I waited so long to take the plunge for a walk-in-shower, not only easier and safer for me but, a beautiful addition to my home.
Not this time
I have had some terrible experiences in getting home improvements done BUT NOT THIS TIME. Bath Planet sent a most competent crew to my home and in Three days time I have the exact bathroom that their first rep Corey and I designed. The installers were polite and considerate and they cleaned up after themselves very well. The follow through has been wonderful. They made me feel like they really cared about me. It was necessary to tear out my old bath down to the studs and floor joists due to water damage, nasty black mold and old lead paint and pipes. The crew protected themselves and the rest of my home and even myself. They even had to modify my Hydrotherm heating to accommodate the new bathroom and Curtis, the plumber did a great job on the plumbing and Matt Collins did a fantastic job in the tear out and the new installation. His work ethics are impeccable I am so impressed with with everything and so happy with my new bathroom. I highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking for a remodel or new bath.
Shower installation
Our shower was installed this week Android it is just as we imagined. This has been. Smoothness process. John, the carpenter did a wonderful job. He was personable and professional. As with the other reviews, everything was cleaned up. 5 stars!!
Good Review
Great job! Everything done in neat, clean, and time line as promised. Has been in use for 4 months and working perfectly so far. Materials are as requested and installed properly in a time frame as promised. Great crew to work with--from sales person to installment 'crew'. Only thing not completely wanted was more timely installation before I had back surgery done. Completely satisfied with everything else.
