Bathroom remodel
Very impressed . Had a very small bathroom and shower. Due to health concerns wanted to increase the shower and update bathroom which required moving sink and increase lighting. Other shower groups wanted to just put in shower only . I know the bathroom is small but it is now so much lighter, does not look like a dark closet Installation took only 4 days and very impressed with the efficiency and cleanliness during demolition by Ivan.

More Than Happy
Bath Planet recently completed a walk-in-shower conversion in our master bathroom and we couldn't be more pleased! We just moved to our new home in September and wanted to complete the conversion if possible before the holidays. Knowing how the pandemic has affected businesses and scheduling, we were impressed with the timely response from Bath Planet in scheduling our initial in-home visit by Cindy. A true professional, she made several trips to our home and was outstanding in listening to our wants and needs and made wonderful recommendations to ensure our complete satisfaction. Kudos to Donna for overseeing the scheduling of our installation and always being eager to answer any of our follow-up questions prior to, during and after the installation was completed. Malakai, our installer was on time, neat, polite, safe and professional throughout the process and went the extra mile to insure that all phases of the job were explained beforehand and that we were all on the same page. He also thoroughly cleaned his work areas after completion which was very much appreciated. He, Cindy and Donna are truly a credit to their positions and a great asset to the company and the industry as a whole. Just a note, the manufacturer inadvertently sent the incorrect towel bar for the shower door and the correct bar was rush ordered and Malakai made a special trip from Spokane to Sandpoint to change it out. My experience with Lee my installer was great. Very nice guy. He did an excellent job. I was very pleased with him and his work. I definitely would have him back for more jobs.. Thank you! Cindy Jernagan!
New shower
Bruce was very friendly and immediately trusted him. The workers were great. Worked continuously all day only took one break for lunch. Put down protective plastic so as to not bother dirty my carpet. The only issue that I have is that I have now I have a painter in the bathroom painting the ceiling and walls and he’s having an issue with the caulk that they used at the top of the shower by the ceiling. It is waterproof which makes sense. The paint will not stick to it. That’s the only issue that I have. Maybe next time they could use just a regular caulk. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. Thank you guys for a job well done
Amazing Customer Service
I reached out to Bath Planet for a bathroom remodel . I had such a wonderful consult with Dwayne and he helped me piece together exactly what I was looking to do. I do not have a ton of knowledge in a remodel so he was a great asset as far as showing me how to incorporate the ideas I had. My bathroom was completely redone on time, on budget and I could not be happier! I will be using them again and telling my friends and family to do the same! You wont be sorry :)
Exceptional work
Could not have been happier. Rob and William did an excellent job, in a very timely manner. They were professional, safe, and courteous. Everything was cleaned up after the installation. Top job from beginning to end.
Excellent Job by Jacob
Jacob did a fantastic job with remodeling our small bathroom. He was professional, provided us with the expectations of what would happen when, and performed to what he said he would do. Even when there was a discovery, Jacob ensured we were kept informed of what he was doing as he masterfully completed the work. He was also fantastic in working the noisy parts of the job around the times our daughter was taking her final college tests on-line so that she could focus, while he got the work done on time. The workmanship is beautiful, the appearance is incredible and the product is living up to the hype. We have one more bathroom to do and we want Jacob S. to do that one for us too - he was that good.
shower replacement
I can't thank Rob and Dennis enough for the great job they did making me a new shower. They were very friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done I would recommend luxury bath to anyone.
Incredible Workmanship
Jacob Saenz converted our old shower into a beautiful new tub, with updated floors. His workmanship was incredible. His demolition to make space for the new tub left the space looking clean and polished. His conversion to the tub, with all of the related pipework was flawless. His cuts for the tub surround were precise. And the installation of our floors transformed the space. He even went the extra mile to make sure that our new tub had all of the necessary studs in case we opted for a shower door somewhere down the line. Above all, he was a joy to have working in our home for the 3 days it took to transform the space. Overall, I am so grateful to have had Jacob assigned to our project for both his customer service skills and his handiwork. Thank you for a beautiful new bathroom.
