Satisfaction is Everything
My husband and I contacted Bath Planet about remodeling 2 bathrooms in our home. We have had some bad experiences with home improvement so we were skeptical. Max showed up on time with lots of positive energy. He went through every aspect of the company with made us feel comfortable. He explained the process, showed us the products and really listened to us. We were pleased with the quote but more importantly the warranty was one of a kind. There wasn't just one thing that convinced us, it was everything. Excited to get this project started!

Awesome job
I have to say this, they did an outstanding job replacing my tub and fixing what was damaged from many years (20+) of use. Clint and his partner did an amazing job in the time frame they said. If you have a tub that needs updating or water damage from years of use they will take care of you. Call today I am more than happy to endorse this outfit and the work they do.
Not Happy
Be very careful with this company. The lifetime warranty does not include the shower door or installation. They use contractors in your area and if they happen to go out of business there is not much to be done except pay to have someone else fix any issues you may have in the future. I have a shower door that was installed incorrectly and has fallen and has broken some of the wall lining. I was told in an email that they have decided the shower door is not covered and is the responsibility of the contractor that is no longer in business. Oh well live and learn.
Beautiful shower installed in an older home, above and beyond service
We bought an older home that had an old shower that needed replaced. I contacted Bath Planet. Jeremy (who is a plumber himself) came out and explained the entire process, measured and remeasured the shower area, worked with us to design a beautiful and functioning shower, and explained the costs and the timeline for demolition and installation. Once demolition started, Andy (another plumber) discovered a badly-damaged subfloor, completely covered by mold. This necessitated a complete overhaul of the entire shower. We took lots of photos of the rotting subfloor and sent it into our homeowner's insurance, along with a report (that Jeremy wrote himself, after assessing the damage), describing the water damage and mold that was found. Andy spent several hours replacing the subfloor. He was meticulous about it. The subfloor cost us an extra $500, which we turned in to the insurance company. Once the subfloor was completed, Andy installed the shower panels, plus a beautiful shower head that pulls down, a grab bar, and a corner shelf. The end result is absolutely gorgeous, and the shower works flawlessly! It has totally transformed this old, dated shower into a place where we look forward to showering every day! Jeremy, Andy, and Sarge were wonderful to work with and knew exactly what to do when the issue of the rotting subfloor came up. This was obviously not their first rodeo. Great Shower
We had a tub removed and had a walk in shower put in. Leslie who sold us the shower was wonderful. Very polite and a good business person. Tracy is also good and answer any questions you have. The shower is great. The guys did a great job. Nice people and we would deal with them again. I would give them 5 stars and more. Thanks again, we love it.
