Great new shower

Surprised
I was so surprised. I was told it would take 4 days. We did not get the tech we were told because he had a family issue. We Had John Braham and his helper. What a team They started about 8:20 am and finished close to 8: pm. 1 day and the job was complete. The job they did is excellent. They did every thing we asked. Thank you BathPlanet.
Not satisfied
A few years ago I hired Bath Planet to redo my shower. They told me at install if I had any issues to call them and they would take care of it. The first time I had an issue they came right out and fixed it. A few weeks ago I had another issue and called the number on my contract and it was out of service. I called another Bath Planet location and they asked me for a copy of my contact. I sent it over and a day or two later they told me sorry we can’t help you! Beware....
Remodel
My experience was great they did an outstanding job. Prompt, nice, great workmanship, and completed the job in good time. Todd was good with estimate, Vesta good in office when needing help, and Monte did fantastic work.
Very Pleased
Installers were great. Worked from the time they got here to when they leave. They explained how to take care of the shower and flooring. The same crew came back to do a second job and again worked hard and explained everything. They cleaned up after every day. Showers and tubs are great.
Extremely POOR first contact
I reached out to bathplanet, because they offered a free guide. What I received was a phone call from a representative who wanted to set up a sales person to come out. When I said no, I called for the free guide your online offer mentioned. Her response. . She hung up. One Star may be overly generous
Good looking bath
Darryl and Bill did a nice job of installing a basement bath/study. Looks great. Wish there was less grit throughout the basement after the final cleanup.
Great JOb
Rob and Jake did a wonderful job, my tub and shower came out beautiful. They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product blended with the rest of my bathroom and left no mess behind.
Outstanding job, well done!
First and foremost the installers (Angel, Wallace, and Mac) were very personable, professional and did an outstanding job removing the old shower which had 2 inches of reenforce concrete in the floor and the walls ( I never saw anything like that). Mold was discovered; old material ripped out (area sanitized and allow to dry overnight) and replaced with new material as advertised. Angel and Wallace worked the entire next day (over 11 hours) to get the shower fully installed and operational. I truly understand how they can offer a "Lifetime Guarantee" on their workmanship and materials. Shower turned out beautifully and my wife is pleased; "happy wife, happy life". I take pleasure in writing this review and highly recommend "Luxury Baths NJ &PA" to whomever needs work done.
GREAT INSTALLERS
The crew showed up on time and had the job completed in about 6 hours. The installers were very polite and worked well as a team. put down runners before starting and cleaned everything up on their way out. They just finished so we haven't yet used the shower but are hopeful that the quality of materials is equal to the quality of the installers. With a lifetime warranty we expect no problems.
