We had both a tub and walk-in shower installed. It was done on time, with very friendly service. The result is absolutely top-notch. Completely upgraded our home! They earned all 5 stars.
Excellent work
Had a leak in my leaving room, I call the plumber he said that my common bathroom tub is leaking from the overflow and needs to be replaced ASAP, so I called several bath remodeling company but they were closed due to pandemic, finally I called Bath Planet to schedule an appointment and Adam came same day and gave me the estimate and by next Friday job was completed with professionalism. I love it.

Shower Replacement
The crew at Luxury Bath did an incredible job replacing our old shower.They showed up on time and worked 10 hours to finish in one day. Due to the coronavirus they wore masks and gloves and maintain a safe distance at all times. They also sprayed down everything they touched several times a day. Theshower turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I could not recommend them more. We also interviewed five companies from the home show and Luxury Bathgave us the best price for the quality we wanted.
We are in love
We are absolutely in love with our new shower. Our existing shower was a dingy looking thing from the 1990's. Bath Planet installed their products, and now we have a beautiful shower. It was installed in late January, and it is now April. Definitely great quality. Easy to clean with Dawn dish soap. I would highly recommend Bath Planet and their products to anyone.
Shower Install
We went to the Home and Flower Show at the IX Center a few months ago to review bathroom contractors. We had our upstair bathroom redone about four years ago by an acquaintance. Unfortunately we used a shower package from a big box store that started leaking pretty soon afterward so we knew we had to have it replaced. We interviewed three well known companies and ultimately selected JR Bath. Evan was our installer. It took three days to remove the old shower and base and then replace the base, walls, and all the plumbing for the new shower. Evan arrived early every day. He was very careful, putting down drop cloths in the house where ever he was walking. He always cleaned up all working areas with the utmost care. Evan moved our plumbing to an inside wall which is where it should have been originally but was not. He placed it up higher on the wall than where it was which is great. Lined up the walls with the ceiling PERFECTLY. The base is beautiful. We had corner shelves installed too. We elected to not have a glass door put in, preferring to use a shower curtin so he installed a shower rod. Evan also replaced the toilet. The work is absolutely perfect, it looks great, I cannot believe that we were happy with the first job after having JR in. We are so incredibly pleased. This might sound silly, but to me, it takes an artistic person with a lot of talent and skilled at his craft to make a shower look so nice. We could not be more pleased!
Remodel
We are so thrilled with our remodeled bathroom from Luxury! Rob and Jake were terrific-we were so impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. We are definitely happy with the job they did.
Fast, excellent srrvice
I've got a full shower install. The service I've gotten from Bath Planet has been outstanding. The sales representative (Chris) was knowledgeable and spent the time with me to make sure I picked the features that I not only wanted but needed for my circumstances. My install technician was competent, friendly, and professional. He made sure he used drop clothes over my carpet (not all people do), he kept the mess cleaned up as he worked (again, not all do) and applied himself to the job. Stripped out the old tub and hardware and installed my shower in two days. (Took two days as we needed a plumber to fix a bad pipe under the foundation). When he finished he cleaned up the area, loaded up the old tub and other stuff and honestly, I think my bathroom is cleaner than when he started! (LOL) . Overall, I am very pleased with Bath Planet from the first contact at a home show to completed shower stall.
Master Bath Shower
Great job done by Fernando and his co-worker. I love the finished look of my new walk-in shower. They just finished the work today so I haven't been able to use it yet, but I'm sure it will be wonderful! They did a good job of cleaning up after the project as well. Thank you both!
