From start to finish everything was wonderful,Rob, Will, Jake and Joe were professional and most informative. They ran into a couple of issues and solved them all. A great bunch of guys. I would recommend Luxury Baths to anyone.
Bath Planet shower insatall
Matt Collins did a great job, it turned out beautiful. He was on time, worked hard and finished the job on time. He cleaned up the area, that was impressive. I will certainly recommend him and the product!
Solved warranty issue
Had a previous review giving this company only 1 star on initial review. This company stepped up ( and beyond ) with regards of taking care of a warranty issue I had. The franchise I purchased our bath/shower unit from had closed. Headquarters ended up sending another franchise partner from another state to resolve our issues. Very good warranty service !
I'm impressed
I had got my tub and walk redone for remodeling and wow it came out way better than I expected! The installer Mike was here earlier than expected and got it done by himself in a timely manner and he was very professional! The sales guy was wonderful to talk to as well! Thank you so much!
Tub-to-Shower Conversion -- a 5-Star Upgrade!
I had a bath tub renovation completed by a Bath Planet competitor in Washington state in March 2019. When I originally relocated to Montana, I was disappointed to learn that neither Bath Planet nor this competitor had a footprint in Montana. On a random visit to the Billings mall, I was very pleased to see that Bath Planet had their grand opening two weeks prior. I walked-through the showroom and spoke with a sales associate, who was an excellent source for answers I had about Bath Planet's products. A few days later, a received a follow-up call from a Bath Planet representative to schedule the in-home consultation. I returned to the Bath Planet showroom and spoke with a different sales associate, who was also excellent at answering some of the questions that I wanted to address before the in-home consultation. After the second visit to the showroom, I had narrowed down the design options that I wanted to consider. A day or so later, two sales consultants were at my home for the consultation, and their presentation was a thorough demonstration about the Bath Planet product line and how Bath Planet was different than the competitor I used previously for a similar renovation. The sales consultants were able to answer some additional design questions, and I was able to finalize the style that I wanted for my tub-to-shower conversion. Within the estimated time range for the customized shower to be manufactured, the installer and plumber were on-site to complete
New Bath Planet Shower
We are very pleased with our new shower. Our old one was tile and hard to maintain. This one is is much easier.
Bath and kitchen remodel
My son had Bath Planet remodel his bathroom and was very happy with the results. So, he recommended them to me when I was considering a remodel of my bathroom. Vinnie was my son’s job coordinator, and became mine as well. He was excellent! His suggestions and immediate responses to any of my questions or concerns were always appreciated. I trusted him to pick out the tile for my new walk in shower, and he knew exactly what coordinations of tiles would go beautifully together. In the middle of the job, I would text Vinnie and ask if I could have another grab bar here or a ledge there. His responses were always positive and immediate. The new shower turned out so well that I decided to have my kitchen counters redone also. I am very pleased with my new counters and tiled backsplashes. Bath Planet employs some really great tilers. They aimed to do an excellent job and were eager to please by often asking for my wishes on how I would like patterns to go. Eddie, Bath Planet’s plumber was a delight. He is competent and concerned about the job being completed perfectly. I highly recommend Bath Planet for renovations in bath and kitchen.
Wonderful
Steinhagen: I was amazed at the job that was done by Adam and Andrew. They arrived slightly earlier than planned (maybe 12 minutes) which, to me, meant they were punctual. As advertised, it was a day job...they were finished and everything was cleaned up nicely. Drop cloths were put down to protect my hardwood floors from any debris and they went above and beyond my expectations. I am so pleased with the new look in the bathroom...and can't wait to actually use the tub...need to wait for everything to be good and dry. As Jimmy told me, it does take some time from start to finish, as everything is custom made to fit where you want it. This, too, was in the time frame of expectations. I would recommend them!
Shower Remodel
We had our shower replaced and Matt and Curtis were very professional. Matt and Curtis did a great job. We love our new shower and we will be recommending Bath Planet to our family and friends. We were impressed that when the job was done Mark and Jody came back to check and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
pleased with results
When the people came into the house, the first thing they did was to remove shoes as to not track any dirt into the house. They were informed they could leave them on. They worked fast and timely and made sure any messes were cleaned up before they left. They also made sure to ask questions on things to make sure they were right to my liking. Great people to work with. Phone call scheduling leaves something to be desired and need to correct those problems. Other than that satisfied.
