Our shower installed by Jamie is beyond our expectations! Looks and works Great! I have Parkinson’s and was having trouble getting in and out of our old shower! That has all changed our new shower from Bath Planet! The salesman Bob is a great guy listened to what my wife and I needed and made sure we got it! Our installer name was Jamie he is very friendly and very good at his job! As he worked he checked with us to make sure everything was as we needed it to be! Very happy with our New Shower! New shower
I needed a low step to get into my shower, rather than over a tub. I We chose Luxury Bath and I was very pleased with the two young men who did the installation, Rob and Will. They were pleasant knowledgeable and did the job quickly. They even were very patient with my little dog who is blind. They stepped around her carefully and made sure not to startle her. I recommended them to my neighbor who is about to do her bathroom also. Very good installers!
Wonderful product and service
We have had our new shower for several months now and absolutely love it. Easy to clean. Instillation was only a day and a half. Very nice to work with this company.
Don’t. Waste your money
Had an Acrylic system installed five years ago and from our experience that’s about as long as they’re good for. Within 3 years we started having to deal with caulking issues and current we have a crack in our tub and company has only offered to ship us a replacement tub liner at our cost for shipping and installation. Bottom line...if you plan on staying in your house, don’t waste your money on these cover over bandaid solutions. A good handy man can renovate your bathroom properly for about the same cost. If you’re going to sell your house and want the bathroom to look better ( for a while ) then go for it

Wonderful experience
Where do I start? I just christened my new shower this morning and I did not want to get out. The Bath Planet in Orange Park, Florida was wonderful in every way. They showed up on time. Were very pleasant and helpful in the office. The manager (Elwin) was a great guy and the installer (Ravi) worked nonstop without a break. I have never seen anyone with a better work ethic. As far as I can tell he did a fantastic job. I have no complaints so far and I am one that will complain if given a reason. I live in a community with 600 homes and will recommend this company to everyone.
Thrilled with my new shower
Bath Planet of Oklahoma removed a jetted tub and replaced it with an acrylic shower. Todd was very helpful in selecting our design. The installer kept us up on the process as he went. He found mildew under the old tub and was able to kill it and put a primer over it to prevent recurrence. The process was a minimal inconvenience for us. He kept our house clean during the entire installation. I would recommend this company for any bathroom renovation. Thanks Bath Planet of Oklahoma.
Bath/shower remodel
Bath Planet just completed a bath & stand in shower in our guest and master bathrooms. We are extremely pleased with the results. The company has an outstanding staff from the initial sales representative through the project manager and installers. They are personable, knowledgeable, and informative as they addressed all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend using Bath Planet for anyone considering a bathroom remodel!
