Pleased with results
We have had a very good experience with our shower stall installation. Everyone from the installation technicians to sales personnel and customer service were nothing but courteous professional, and efficient. They were sympathetic to our needs and concerns and followed through from concept to finished product. I have no concerns about calling them back for any necessary follow up but so far none is necessary. I would recommend them for any similar bath installations and would consider them for other home improvement projects in the future.

Yesterday we had a representative from Bath Planet come to see if he had what we needed for a walk-in shower w/seat to replace our tub w/ shower. After seeing the area, we talked about the material they used and after seeing a sample, we began to design the shower. We were fortunate enough to get the contract signed while their engineer was still in Corpus Christ to come make measurements. We had chosen a pattern of material that had gone on sale that morning so our job was set up for the next day. I understand that does not usually happen, but because the material was on hand that cut out the three week normal order time. The crew was scheduled to come this morning around 10:00 am, which they did, and told us they should finish in one day. By 4:00 pm they had finished. We were amazed at the quality of work done, there was no damage done to the other part of the house carrying the pieces of the old tub out or bringing in the new shower walls. The floors had been protected before they started and swept clean before they left. These things matter to me. We now look at it and just say wow, to see the change it made in just one day. Thank you to all who made this happen.

My wife and I are very happy with the work Bath Planet of SA did to our master bathroom. We had a few hiccups but they stayed on top of it. Never got the run around. The work was very professional. We are enjoying our new shower very much. Coustmer service was great.
Not happy
The caulk is completely cracking and looks awful. We already had to have them come out to repair and the same thing is happening again. We’ve tried calling to set up another appointment to fix it but it’s extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone to even schedule another appointment.
NOT WHAT I ENVISIONED
11/02/2019 I would like to express my disappointment about my Bath Planet experience! First of all I feel I was told & sold things that were not available. Even though I expressed my main goal and concern for renovating my shower was to have a window and how much it meant to me! I wasn’t once told it would be an issue, that’s why the window seal kit was purchased. Then when Willie did the demo and saw it wasn’t an actual window in there it was an issue. On the day the contract was signed the salesman even walked to the backyard to look and saw the window was covered, I mentioned it had been covered since 2008 when the other shower was installed but never once did he say if there isn’t a window there I would have to get it installed, that’s why I thought I was charged so much more, is because I wanted that window. I had other lower quotes from other companies for the same shower with a window & lifetime warranty but decided to go with Bath Planet because of the good reviews and the things I was told at the initial visit. Also the salesman said he was going to come on the first day to show me step by step what was going to be done but he never came. Well not only that , on the second day there was poor communication and no one ever showed up, even after I told them I took these 2 days off UNPAID, specifically to get this shower installed. So therefore I had 2 cancel all my Saturday plans to continue & finish. But I will say Willie was good through this process cause

I am unable to write a review, I would love to contact the Planet re. Conversion from a large tub into a walk in shower. However, I am unable to see any even base price being disclosed in the AD 5**** reviews are very appealing . Price range would help a lot in making a decision
