I had a bath tub renovation completed by a Bath Planet competitor in Washington state in March 2019. When I originally relocated to Montana, I was disappointed to learn that neither Bath Planet nor this competitor had a footprint in Montana. On a random visit to the Billings mall, I was very pleased to see that Bath Planet had their grand opening two weeks prior. I walked-through the showroom and spoke with a sales associate, who was an excellent source for answers I had about Bath Planet's products. A few days later, a received a follow-up call from a Bath Planet representative to schedule the in-home consultation. I returned to the Bath Planet showroom and spoke with a different sales associate, who was also excellent at answering some of the questions that I wanted to address before the in-home consultation. After the second visit to the showroom, I had narrowed down the design options that I wanted to consider. A day or so later, two sales consultants were at my home for the consultation, and their presentation was a thorough demonstration about the Bath Planet product line and how Bath Planet was different than the competitor I used previously for a similar renovation. The sales consultants were able to answer some additional design questions, and I was able to finalize the style that I wanted for my tub-to-shower conversion. Within the estimated time range for the customized shower to be manufactured, the installer and plumber were on-site to complete
