We look in to several companies but decided on Bath Planet as their salesperson Mark, was very accommodating and helpful. Plus, the price was reasonable. Other companies were going to charge us $8,000 to do the just the tub conversion But, Bath Planet converted the tub and also changed the exhaust fan, toilet seat, and mirror. We got safety rails as well with the new shower. They made sure our expectations were inline with what they were going to do. Dan actually did the job and he was great. He went over everything before starting the job to make sure we were all on the same page. He was punctual and would send an ETA via text before arriving at our house. He worked hard and thoroughly. He would lay down a cover in our house so he wouldn't get our floors dirty. He never cut corners and would spend extra time on the details, which is rare. I couldn't believe just one person could do all this work! But, he did it very well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Bath Planet and will definitely only call them in the future.
