Excellent install-contract proceed with caution
I have to say the install and installers were excellent. They were very nice, kept everything clean and did a professional job. I would highly recommend Bath Planet purely for the install and install staff. I have to caution everyone during the contract signing and what you get. We had the sales person out and went through all that we were going to get, including the shower door. We were showed the latest in shower doors (exposed roller sliding door that was taller) and we noted that we had to have that sliding door and the salesmen said that is what he would price out. When it was all said and done, the salesmen wrote up Standard sliding door and told us that is the sliding door he showed us. When the installer came out and were putting the door in they noted that was what was on the order. I would caution everyone that before you sign the contract sheet, all the details of the products you are getting are spelled out specifically. When I tried to talk to somebody about it there was nobody that would reply to me when I called. Again, make sure what you are showed is shown on the detail contract sheet to make sure you get what you are showed.
Antiquated policy
I scheduled an appointment to get some ideas and an estimate. Unfortunately, my appointment cannot happen due to the fact my husband is not available. How insulting. You lost my business and will definitely let others know about your antiquated policy.
Very Satisfied
Everything went smoothly for us . Sales Rep prompt and professional; was able to schedule installation within 2 weeks. Installers arrived on time and were done the same day leaving no mess behind. Had tub liner and shower walls done in a rental house we wanted to put on the market to sell asap. The house sold in 4 days, I'm sure it was due in part to the sparkling new tub area!
Not the best experience
We had Bath Planet out to our home and agreed to move forward with our bathtub remodel. They called us the day before the installation and had to cancel and gave us a bogus reason. Then we didn’t hear anything for a week. Finally we heard from them and it was another 2 weeks before they were able to come out and put it in. Our new bathroom is really nice but if you’re looking to get it done soon, find someone else.
Bathroom remodel
My whole experience with Dave and all of his crews was very pleasant. They are all professional, knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I truly admired their promptness, respectfulness, honesty and dedication to hard work. I am totally satisfied with my remodel and all the repairs and updates Dave promised. I highly recommend them .

These guys did an excellent job and they really stand by their work. Years after install they have just come round to check the quality of the original install work! Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future!
Love My Tub!
I have had my walk-in tub for almost a year and am enjoying it immensely. The installation was excellent, with all the moving parts of plumbing, electrical, and construction happening just as they should. Very, very happy. P.S. Aromatherapy beads appropriate for the tub's dispenser can be found on Amazon. They are made by InSPAration.
Exceptional Work
I really appreciated the excellent workmanship and changes made in our bathrooms. Great material designed and made a huge difference in the look and appeal of our bathrooms
