It was a very pleasant start when sales agent Bill Pawlicki went to my condominium at oak forest il. for free estimate, He offer us a lot of options, and we are exited it's a half day remodeling of my bath and shower very nice and fast installation. Bathroom remodelling
This bathroom remodelling experience was one of the best one we had. Right from Johnathan answering phone so pleasantly and friendly, first meeting, sales person who is the son of owner, and then meeting with the owner, contract signing and then the guys who came to do the job—- all were very professional, courteous and pleasant. Jose Hernandez, the main guy doing the job was one of the best person to deal with. He was very meticulous and precise. They finished in 2 days for 2 bathrooms as promised. Other guys were Carlos Hernandez and their helper Chris were similarly very professional. They did the the window trims without damaging any thing. I would very highly recommend them without any reservation. We are very pleased.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They are professional and go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Dan and his son work fast and hard and cut no corners to get the job done on time. Owner will work with you to make sure you’re satisfied. Thanks for excellent work.

Great quality workmanship. Price as stated in contract. Done in one weekly's time. They are now doing our master bath. We'll post pictures/video when they're done.
Bathroom remodel
Worst customer service, I Don’t recommend this company at all, we set up a appointment for today at 2:00pm. Move our schedule around, they never show up. Call the company and they cancel my appointment, because I don’t answer the phone call. I never receive a phone call from the company. Good to learn they are not professional before we give our money. Worst company

We are thrilled with our bathroom remodel. The remodelers found several things that had been done incorrectly, so the new shower is saving our house value. We look forward to having our other bathroom renovated and will be calling Bath Planet again. Thank you!
Great Consultation
Michael McCoy from BathPlanet of New Mexico gave us a very informative consultation for our shower remodel. The space is very small and we appreciated his expertise and knowledge of how to make the best use of that space. He was well prepared in showing us the quality and variety of selections we could choose from (however a little pricey).. We can’t wait to see the finished product!

Good Day, We are very happy with Bath Planet's work on remodeling our guest bath ( tub, shower and surround) in our newly purchased manufactured home. Anthony came out and gave us the original, no cost, consultation, showing all the options and and answering our questions. After another gentleman ( whose name escapes me at the moment) came later to get the precise measurements and was very helpful and informative also, adding a few more details. The day of the installation arrived with Gilbert and Gabriel arriving on time with everything needed. They worked through the day , were very personable, professional and efficient, and kept us in the loop, answering all our questions and concerns and even anticipating matters were hadn't yet considered. When they finished, all areas were cleaned up thoroughly and they spent time with us explains care and cleaning recommendations. All in all, we are very satisfied. Thank you Bath Planet, looks and works great!
Worst experience ever.
June 17th 2019 Bath Planet of charlotte, came to install a shower, installer was suppose to be there at 8:30am didn't show up till 4:30pm and then told my wife he was unsure of what he was suppose to do. After many phone calls Bath Planet and myself decided to wait a week in order for a competent installer to get free. The Next Monday the installer and two of his friends who were out of work that day and did not work for bath planet came to start the one day demo and install. When I retuned home that Night I noticed, tile was not properly demoed, other tile was just covered up with the acrylic walls, the floor pan was placed incorrectly leaving a inch gap in the front, shelves are 1/4 slanted and no glass was installed. Two days later the Owner of Bath Planet Charlotte came to see the mess, and stated he would loose money if he fixed the job and quite then walked out of my house. I contacted the President of BCI and was referred to Bill the South East Regional manager, and agreement was made that they would return my deposit and have someone come demo what they installed so I could hire another company to install a shower. That never happened, weeks later I finally go in contact with Jesse the owner of the charlotte franchise, made an agreement for them to install the glass and fix the cosmetic issues and in return they could keep the deposit towards the cost of the glass, again that never happen. Three weeks later they show up to install the glass doors and discover that
