Our salesman, Scott, was terrific. From the beginning, this has been a good experience. Scott was on time, quoted a great price and made our decision an easy one. We were able to choose our 'look' that very evening. Scheduling was easy and the install? Perfect! Neat and totally hassle-free. We're now considering doing our other bathroom! Thank you Barh Planet.

Thank you Chad, Shelly and Joe! Chad came out for our initial consult, he was very knowledgeable, my mom and I loved the product. Dad has dementia and for some reason did not like Chad (Chad did nothing wrong, it was just Dad that day). I called Shelly and explained, she was so very kind and sent Joe, co-owner. We also went to the showroom to help my parents make a decision, met Shelly in person! The entire family is so very kind and professional! I think my parents made the correct choice. I can't wait until they are more safe with their new walk-in shower! Thank you all!
Consultation
This was the best and most informative consultation I have ever had. Joe was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful about what would work well for our bathrooms. Really enjoyed working with him and looking forward to getting this project completed.
Love my new shower
From initial meeting to job completion was a little over 4 weeks. Dylan came for consult, he was friendly and courteous. Charlie, the service manager came to do measurements a week or so later. He was personable and efficient. Kres did the installation on 6/25. I arrived home at 545PM and he was just finishing up. He did a great job, my shower replacement looks fabulous! I am pleased with the overall experience. Bath Planet may cost more than other companies doing the same kind of work. I believe you get what you pay for, and I am pleased with the quality and workmanship. I will recommend Bath Planet.

Our salesman was professional and personable. He methodically stepped through his presentation endeavouring to share his information without missteps or omissions. After I shared my job comps & budgetary limits, we settled on pricing to redecorate two bathrooms. BathPlanet sent two expert installer teams (very personable & professional) and completed the jobs on the same day. Saturday, David Rickart, owner of Luxury Baths, came to my house to look at the tub I wanted updated. Not the whole bathroom, mind you, just the tub. He was kind enough to explain all of my options and answer all of my questions. Because of his honesty I determined it wasn't necessary to go the expensive route. Even though it cost him business, he told me another way to fix the problem with my tub. I truly think he is the first honest businessman I've dealt with when it comes to updates or repairs to just about anything. Should I need a makeover of my full or half bathrooms, I will definitely use Luxury Baths.

OK Freddy is the BEST, OK AMY is the BEST, OK Paige is the BEST..OK Stephanie is the BEST, OK you are LUXURY BATH and you are ALL the BEST! Kudos to all of you...Glitches always happen during construction but you all came thru full force. Promises made, promises delivered. I am a salesman as well and your promises are golden and you all shined beyond the stars. We had some hiccups beyond your controls and you FIXED them all with all of our wishes. I always say...If everything was perfect in life it would be called pleasure and not business.
