Excellent Estimate Experience
I would like to recognize Mike Hammons for his OUTSTANDING customer service. Mike was called to come out to my house on short notice. He arrived promptly and was very knowledgable on the process and the materials used to convert a bathtub into a shower. He is very polite, personable, and it is obvious that he truly cares about his customers and their needs. I would highly recommend to anyone considering to have a bathroom remodeled to go with BathPlanet of San Antonio and ask for Mike!
Good product; disappointing service
We had a tiled shower previously and it has been replaced with the Bath Planet (acrylic) product. We are happy with the shower surround (walls), but the door glass has needed to be serviced several times (by sub-contractor of Bath Planet) due to leaks. The contractor has come to attempt repairs, but even after three visits, there is still a leak. Customer service on the part of Bath Planet and their sub-contractor was rather slow. At least two phone calls during this process were never returned. Communication has been less than satisfactory with Bath Planet. The quality of the shower wall product is good, but the customer service is poor.
2nd Bathroom Renovation Project
Last year, we contracted for a shower assembly manufactured and installed by Luxury Bath of Seattle. The shower has been great. We live in a manufactured home. This means the home is seven-eighths scale that of a stick-built house. In short, few products, if any, available in box stores retrofit manufactured houses. To the contrary, Luxury Bath has its own manufacturing capability. Manufacturing resulted in the product being custom-fitted within existing dimensions and plumbing connectivity. And all company representatives from sales, service, to installers, are company employers. The factors of manufacturing and all company employees, convinced us to try Luxury Bath. We have yet to regret our decision. The project included demolition of the old molded resin bath/shower combo; replacing the drywall with green board; bringing plumbing installation to current code; and installing in-line shutoff valves on both water lines. Gilberto, "Gil," accomplished all the work in one day -- a long day. He was on time, courteous, a diligent worker, and consulted with us at decision points. We recommend Luxury Bath for new construction or renovation. Dick M., Ferndale, WA.

2 New Showers
Mike and his team were excellent and always professional. They did a great job and I love both of my new showers. I would recommend them to anyone in the San Diego area. He kept me well informed on progress and timelines so I always knew what to expect. They did it in a timely manner and finished 2 bathrooms in about 5 days. They even came on Sunday to get it done.
Tub to Shower Conversion
I couldn't be happier with my new walk-in shower. It is beautiful and the experience was stress free. It only took 2 days to complete, the products are top notch and the guys did a great job. I'm so glad that I went with Luxury Bath!!!

I Had a Wonderful experience with this makeover. The Staff were courteous to my needs flexible hours. They took the old with them they were awesome. I would recommend planet bath to everyone. Bathroom remodel
First off Bradley was really helpful with explaining everything things that goes in to a walk in shower. Explained how they do the install and every option we could do. By far the best in business.
Wonderful experience (even if we didn't get an installation completed)
We spent about 4-5 hours with "John," the sales manager, recently; and although I was looking so forward to my bath-to-larger shower conversion (it would have been awesome!!), due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our order for the time being. John was wonderful in the way he handled this situation--gracious, and with no guilt or pressure applied to us. That positive experience speaks well for this high-quality company and, should our situation change, we would definitely pursue working with this company again. Their finished product--as well as timely delivery and completion--have earned them their well-deserved 5-star rating. Kudos to you and your company, John!
