The shower is great. The installer s new what they were doing. Worked very hard. The project manager (Doug) kept on top of things. Over all a good experience.

SHOWER STALL REPLACEMENT
Just want to say how happy I am with the installment of our new shower. It was done on 2/22/19 by Steve, Sergio and George and they did a great job on it. They came when they said they would and cleaned up everything before they left, along with taking all of the old stuff. They did a fantastic job. Very happy with me new shower.

Feb 23, 2019, St. Johns, FL: Bath Planet just finished remodeling my bath by taking out the tub and replacing it with a shower. It was a newly constructed home, but the builder wouldn't change the plans for us. They gave us a fair estimate, did the work in 2 days as estimated and did a fantastic job. The installers worked hard and consistently, with hardly a break. Clean-up was good and the results are fantastic. Since it was new construction, they didn't take out all the existing tile, as they would have for an older remodel, since they knew there wasn't any water damage behind the tile. They built up the wall where the tub was to match the existing tile depth and installed their shower walls over the top. They took care taking out the existing shower doors so that I could donate them to someone else, and even managed to take out the tub in one piece. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

5 Stars on our tub to shower conversion. Bob gave us a very professional presentation geared to our needs for a disable access flat floor shower conversion. Installers, Josh and Dan were excellent in performing their craft. Plumber, Mike made certain our water shutoff was less than two hours, which was essential to us. The entire job was completed as promised. Clean-up was ongoing during the project and after wards they made certain our house and garage were free of construction residue. Thank you for delivering everything discussed and promised. Will recommend Bath Planet to our neighbors and other residents of our Senior Community

Bath Planet did a fantastic job on my tub to shower conversion. Top notch from start to finish. Installers were great. Only "complaint", if you want to call it that, is that they could have cleaned up the driveway where they did their cutting a little better. They cleaned up most. All I had to do was pick up a few remnants and blow it off.
Game changer for my elderly in-laws
We recently contracted Bath Planet to convert my in/laws’ tub to a walk-in shower. My mother in law is ill, and sometimes has trouble getting in and out of the tub. Now that it is in and done, I have to thank the folks at Bath Planet for making this a pain and pressure free experience from start to finish. The gentleman who came to measure and quote was polite, kind, knowledgeable and low pressure. I was so impressed by him that we signed that day, cancelling our appointment for a 3rd quote. The install took place exactly when they estimated, and the Crew was fantastic. They did the demo and install in less than 2 days, and if not for the changes, no one would know anyone had been at the house. Now that they’ve used the beautiful, water-tight shower for a few months, they decided they needed a grab bar after all. When I called, Bath Planet remembered our job, and is getting us set up with a bar ASAP. I can not recommend Bath Planet highly enough - professional, polite, prompt care is what they provided us, and we are grateful to have done business with Bath Planet.
New Shower Install - Happy Homeowner
My new shower installed on Friday. Last month I did a lot of research on installs/remodels. I decided on Bath Planet for a few reasons. 1.) Bath Planet is the only company to respond to my request for information/quotes in a timely fashion. 2.) The representative, Trish, that met with us was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff. She seemed sincerely interested and laughed at my corny jokes. She walked us through the process and was terrific at giving suggestion. The two gentleman that showed up did a fantastic job of explaining what they were going to do. They did a great job on the install. When they completed the job, they did a fantastic job on cleanup. Needless to say...I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER!!!!
My new bathroom rocks!!
Remodeling a bathroom is a daunting task! But I have to give it to Bath Planet... worth every penny! Daniel was absolutely fantastic to work with, a great guide and support through the entire process, and the whole crew was so professional, quick and clean!
