FROM SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE DAY OF THE REMODEL, EVERYONE WAS WONDERFUL. THE 3 GENTLEMEN WHO CAME TO MY HOME FOR THE BATHROOM REMODEL WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL THEY EXPLAINED EVERY STEP. THEY WERE GREAT. I WILL REFER MY FAMILY AND FRIEND.

Shower installation
ED from BATHPLANET did a wonderful job pulling out the old bath tub & installing the beautiful new shower. It took longer than expected due to other plumbing problems but Dennis, the project manager, did a great job working with me to get my problem solved. Thank you BATHPLANET for the great job.

Good quality and timely
From meeting a rep. at the deptford mall to having the salesman come to our home to discuss their products, then having them come measure the bathroom, to having them come and do the work. I gotta say everything was smooth sailing. They came at 8:30am and was done by 2:30 pm. All 3 of the gentleman we're professional and were on point. We're happy how our bathtub came out and are discussing on doing more to the bathroom using luxury bath. Great experience!!
Kudos to Bath Planet
I met a representative of Bath Planet at the Denver Home show this fall and made an appointment with them to make a presentation to me in my home. I met with Mark Eckart, who made a good, easily understandable presentation. I learned from mark that Bath Planet is a family business, which gave me confidence in the, Long story short, they installed a new shower in my loft. It looks fabulous. The two team members who installed the showere, were on time, courteous, and very diligent in working through the day to fnish the job in a single day.. I have had follow up contact with others in the Bath Planet family to make sure I was satisfied with the installation and the product. I assured them that I was. They deserve the 5 star rating I have given them, and I unhesitatingly recommend them.

I did a complete bath and surround replacement. I also had all the green board pulled and replaced, along with a covering a window. Scott & Terry from the Peoria Bath Planet did a great job, and were very helpful.
