Excellent Work
It’s hard to find a company that what the sales person say to get to you on the hook, to what the installer actually does the work match each other. Well I’m here to say Bath Planet is one of those few companies that do. Our sales person told us what they are going to do and the installer did it plus more to ensure our satisfaction. Our installer also kept my wife and I inform throughout the process on what he is doing. Took three days to complete our remodeling which is very acceptable for the amount of work being done. Before we sign the completion paperwork he when over everything and asked if we see anything wrong or have any questions. My wife did pointed out a minor item which he had no problems pulling his tools back out to fix it. He also stated several times that it comes with a life time warranty on everything even if the caulking needs to be redone for some reason to call them to make the needed repairs. My wife and I love our new restroom the walk-in shower is what my wife & I needed we both have back problems so get in and out is very easy. We definitely will be calling on Bath Planet again for our other restroom. Thanks Leroy & Lillian
shower remodel
We recently had our shower remodeled by Bath Planet. It was one of the easiest & smoothest processes I have had when doing any kind of remodeling in my home. I was contacted and my project scheduled within a couple of days and the availability was sooner than I had expected. I was told that the job would be done in one day and I could use my shower within 24 hours, which was great because we have only one full bathroom in the house. The associate arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and completed the job in the time frame agreed upon. He was very careful when bringing tools and material through our home and he cleaned up all the areas he worked in. I was very happy with our new shower and would definitely recommend Bath Planet to family & friends.
Only wanted a tub liner.
The Bath Planet web site states that you specialize in tub liners. But the local franchise told me that they opted out of doing tub liners. Bad advertising on your part.
Wonderful Job
I am very please with the job that Bath Planet of Atlanta did on the conversion of my tub to shower was a little more than I wanted to pay but well worth it . So glad I chose them.

These 2 gentleman worked very well w/each other & did amazing work. I can't say enough about them, thank you for your exception work on our bathroom. We had our bathtub removed & put in a full shower & new flooring, just AMAZING! Excellent Initial Meeting
Greetings Everyone, On October 11, 2018 I had the pleasure of meeting with Mitchell G. concerning a bathroom renovation. As I had just had my guest bathroom completed I was not at all pleased with that experience and opted to try another vendor. Thus far, Bath Planet has been the best no only in estimates but in customer service. They have excellent administrators that connect you with the BP team and are consistent in follow-up to ensure that everything is done in a timely, accurate, and truthful manner. Their project manager (Mitchell) pays close attention to detail and has surpassed all other vendors with whom I've met. I look forward to the next phases of this project.
