Bathroom Remodel
Our experience with Bath Planet was incredible. They took our bathtub and shower completely out and replaced with the most beautiful well lit walk-in shower with handicap fold down seat and safety rails, removeable handheld shower nozzle and non slip floor basin. The new vanity is wonderful! Stands higher, has deep drawers with self closing hinges for convenience and easy to reach useable space under the sink. They also added a privacy window, wall cabinet for storage and installed new vanity lighting. The initial consultation was professional and informative. The installation took proximately three days, which was workable with my busy work schedule. The installers were well trained professionals that were neat and always cleaned up after they finished for the day. I’m very proud and happy with my beautiful new bathroom from Bath Planet. I highly recommend.
Took way too long....
We ordered the shower on July 5th and just had the installation completed first of October. It was a bad experience from the beginning (wrong measurement 2 times, long delays while parts were being ordered, lack of communication) not a good experience. Shower seems good now we finally got it installed. I hope lasts. I would not recommend this company.
Unhappy customer
The installation process was great. The sad part is I can’t get rid of the black mold on the molding so my shower always looks dirty. I have been unsuccessful in my efforts to reach out for someone from Bath Planet to schedule repairs for this. My shower is less than 4 years old ??
Looks Beautiful
Two bathrooms: tub/shower and another shower. Looks great! Nice clean job; a little dusty but that was contained. Only 1 & 1/2 days; took all the debris away; even left me a nice piece for my shop work bench. We have very hard water so I spray it with a 50/50 solution of vinegar & water and wipe it down. Happy with the work and the product!
First visit - WOW
We first met with Mark last night to talk about our bathroom remodel or fix options. Originally, our plan was to meet with a few other companies as well. But Mark was so knowledgeable and so prepared with product samples, information on his company, doing a moisture meter test, and great suggestions to help us meet our needs both style-wise and financially, that we made our decision that night. He was very patient with us in his explanations and didn’t try to rush us or even push us to make a decision right away. We are very excited to see the end results.

My remodeled, Kerry, did an excellent job! He is a hard worker and the end result is a lovely shower. Jennifer has been most helpful in the Hot Springs office. I would use Bath Planet again.
Perfect in every way
The people, the quality and the reliability of the company were exceptional. They were promp, pleasant, courteous and hard working. The glass door that was installed had a defect and they came out right away with a replacement. I was very pleased with the service and the people.

All pluses to bathplanet. Design was a pleasant experience, installer was a gem and the bath tub area was beautified in 5 hours. Love it, love it!
Pleased with remodel!
We had a new shower/tub enclosure installed in the second bath. The crew arrived on time & tidied up at the end of the workday. Dwayne arrived for our initial visit well prepared with samples for us to look over. All our questions were answered promptly. I like the ease of keeping the enclosure clean. We will definitely use Luxury Bath again when it's time to re-do the master bath.

Bryan and Kyle came to my house to give me an estimate. So nice, polite, funny and professional. Both gentlemen went over all the different possibilities making my bathroom better. It is in bad shape. After the consultation, I decided to go with BathPlanet. If my shower is as good as these guys say, I have no doubt my shower with be exactly as I want it not to mention how beautiful it will be. Thank you both so much.
