Absolutely love
We ABSOLUTELY love our new bathtub, not only has it transformed our bathroom into a whole new modern look, and the tub and glass doors itself are more than I could ask for! I was very pleased with how quick they got it all done and even cleaned everything up! I would definitely recommend BathPlanet to all my friends and family. Dedication and skill
I've never written a revue online before, but I just have to speak up for Bath Planet. We love our new bathroom (even with the old wallpaper). Never thought it could be this nice. With a seventy year-old house, unexpected things pop up with regularity, but Dave and his crew hung in there to the bitter end - like a pit bull...attacking every challenge cheerfully and optimistically. Every time I walk in, I think, "Thank you, Dave," whose mantra was stated again and again - "No problems - only solutions." Over the few days there were so many different guys involved with the project that I hesitate to list them all for fear of forgetting someone, but to a man, they were super! Thank you each and every one for your commitment to providing the most excellent results possible. The work space was cleaned up at the end of each day and we were consulted at each step to be sure our expectations were being met. Our only disappointment in the entire job was that when we chose the grout line pattern for the shower enclosure, we got along with the grout pattern, a rough, slate surface when we had been envisioning perfectly smooth walls. As we said, we love our new look - just be sure when you're signing the contract you know the details of what you'r ordering. We would strongly recommend Bath Planet to anyone embarking on a project of this nature. They really care about the quality of their product and workmanship.

Bath Planet exceeded our expectations. From the time we met with Brandon, the sales guy, to the crew who did the work, it was an easy process. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. We never expected it to turn out as nice as it did, and we are very happy with everything. I will recommend Bath Planet to anyone that mentions needing a bathroom redone. Period. Don`t delay call Bath Planet right away!
Looking for the BEST tub to shower conversion....look no more. From the time David came to my house he made me feel this is a company I can trust, quality materials, answered my questions and put me at ease. I knew that my shower would be to die for and thanks to Ron who installed it did just that PERFECTION. Ron was a very hard worker ,experienced, funny and knew his trade. He worked non-stop till it was finished and all the mess was cleaned out. I would give more then 5 stars if I could. Can
Satisfaction Means Something
Very pleased with the experience with Bath Planet staff, from the showroom to speaking to Mike the rep who came to our home, and several weeks later with Zeke and Saul, our installers. The installers were knowledgeable and polite, even making friends with our dogs as they worked in our home. Cleaned up every day, made sure we were happy, even coming back an extra morning to change the position of the light switch when it didn't suit our design. Their supervisor, Diego, was on the job at the start and on the last day, and he was pleased with what Zeke and Saul had done too. We did a simple shower remodel with no bench or glass door which kept the price in our budget. Bought our vanity, sink, faucet and mirror at Lowe's and they were installed along side the Bath Planet products seamlessly. Very pleased and would recommend this company 100%.

Great Job!
Repaired spider type hairline cracks in our tub by installing mat. They responded quickly to our need through tub measurement, ordering, and installation. We are very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend Tub Doctor to others.

The new tub and surround look beautiful. The installer was a perfectionist. We were very impressed with his attention to detail. I wanted to wait a week to make sure there were no issues, and there have been none. Great job!
Shower Redone
We had our shower redone about 2 months ago. MIke the installer did a great job in one day, removing the old and installing the new. Was surprised at how efficient he was. We love the new shower and everytime we get in it marvel at how nice it is. They did forget to bring 2 extra corner shelves we had ordered but that did get resolved satisfactorily. I would recommend the individual corner shelves as they are roomier than the 4 shelf combo. I have both and am happy with the way they turned out. Only 2 other recommendations: We had the seat put in and it is fine except needs a redesign as water sits on it (we have to squeegee it off after each shower) so it needs a channel or small holes to drain itself. Also feel the seat is a little big for space. Wish there were different sizes. Not a big problem. The only other thing is that we found the base to be a little slick after we started using it. Think maybe better material might be available. Since we are older and do not want to take a chance of slipping we just got a small rubber/suction shower mat and all is good. We are totally happy with everything and would recommend this company to anyone.
This Was More Than Just A Job Well Done!
My wife and I had both of our bathrooms remodeled. In the first bathroom, the tub/shower combo was replaced with a walk in shower. And in the Master bathroom, the tub/shower combo was replaced with a soaker tub/shower combo. This process began with trying to find a company to do the job. After comparing several companies, Bath Planet stood out from the rest. Bath Planet stood out because I felt like I was treated like a human being and not like a potential sale. Talking with the owner of Bath Planet in Springfield, IL Mike was like talking to a longtime friend. Mike didn’t present himself as a high pressure sales person, but instead he presented himself as the professional that he is. He made several suggestions based on our needs that made our project turn out better. That experience in itself got us to go with Bath Planet over all others we had talked to concerning the remodel. Mike has surrounded himself with an excellent supporting cast. Everyone from the plumbers to Jamie (the installer), did a fantastic job! There are not enough words to express how my wife and I feel about Jamie. In my opinion, if Jamie’s work was like a painting, it would give you the impression that it was painted by Picasso.
