Couldn't be more satisfied with bathroom remodel
My only complaint was it took a while before the work began. Now I know why. Bath Planet's installer Brett had 25 years remodeling experience in California and was very good. Because of Bath Planets reputation here in Oklahoma there was a 3 month waiting time. The wait was well worth it. I'm a retired electrician and have worked around all construction trades for over 30 years. I have not seen a more productive and talented professional remodeler. He cleaned up every night and we felt so comfortable with him, we trusted him to work on the project when we had to leave for 5 days. If you live in Oklahoma then this is the place to go for a bathroom remodel.
Great Job!
Our project was done quickly and looks beautiful. The installers (3) and especially Steve worked long, hard, and efficiently to get things finished. They were punctual and very good to check with us on placement of each item to make sure communication was clear. They explained about any questions we had. Our sales person, and job site manager were friendly and informative also. GREAT job and GREAT look for our finished project! Very happy with the work done and the outcome.
Bennett MasterBath Remodel
The Sales Repep John walked us through the whole remodel process and Answered all our questions we had. The work crew was great and cleaned up everything in the Bathroom and outside. Our Bathroom came out fantastic and never looked better. I definitely would recommend this company to all my Friends and Family. I would give LuxuryBath ?????????? Stars.

Bathroom Remodel
Great professionals. Kept us informed every step through the process. We wanted the remodel done in phases. First we had the wet area (tub to shower and commode) then a couple of months later we had the vanity, mirror, counter and a special shelf installed. Both phases were done as promised. The crew always cleaned up each night before they left and after all was done. Very professional. Would hire again.

They remodeled bathroom. Their work is immaculate, our house looks amazing and . There were no surprise charges at the end, and unexpected issues that arose during the process were handled expertly and quickly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
Superb Workmenship!
Bath Planet of Arkansas completed a shower replacement that is "top drawer" in every regard. The design and materials were excellent. Kevin Reece did the installation. He was confronted with a series of challenges. Nevertheless he engineered solutions that rendered perfect fit and finish. We are very pleased with the project and highly recommend Bath Planet!
Hard Sell
Terrible company. Sach at the Wyandotte Art Fair was nice in the beginning and then became a hard well used car salesman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We are really happy with the overall experience we had with Bath Planet in Akron OH when looking for a new shower for my father. From the sales gal Mary at the market who was friendly and knowledgeable to the salesperson Mark who came to the house and explained everything so Dad understood. Not pushy or overpowering like other companies. Just a friendly and fun experience. Great price as well!!
