wow !
We wanted a new / remodeled bathroom for our main upstairs bath. We set a budget and went about researching, calling, comparing, blah, blah, blah. Heard about Bath Planet, it sounded right up our alley. We visited the old showroom...new one is way nicer. I wasn't really as concerned about the "showroom" as I was with how they treat people. The lady in front was awesome !! She knew what we wanted because she listened. What a great concept ! She explained how BP is a family business and she would get with her brothers and get back to me. Without going too much longer, what I want to stress to anyone that just wants a nice bathroom without breaking-the-bank: Bath Planet rocks !!!
Sry slow process.
It has been six weeks since we ordered and haven’t heard anything yet. I called our representative and he said he will let us know when he hears. Everyone that have asked how it looks say these people are really slow at getting this done. Maybe when it’s installed we will have a better outlook for them.
1950's Update
If you are in a situation like us and only have one bathroom and don't want a remodel that is going to last forever, this is the company for you. They are quick (we were only without a shower in our home for 4 days) and do an amazing job! We were above and beyond happy with how everything turned out. Great company to do business with. Highly recommend!
Two bathrooms remodeled
The work that Chad, Kevin and Lewis did is outstanding. Words can’t describe what a transformation from the old bath tub and showers to my new Bath Planet showers. Everytime I take a shower in my new shower I feel like I’m taking one at a high end hotel. It’s hard to believe these quality showers are in my home. All the work was professionally done by the guys who knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Thanks again for the wonderful work from the guys at ACSFL in Winter Garden, Florida.
Peoria,IL Bath Planet
Our experience with Bath Planet of Peoria,IL could not have been better. Our bathroom looks so much better now than our last remodel. The material they use is amazing but more than that was their employees. We had two men who originally built our shower. They had the perfect amount of friendly/ work ethics. They could talk as they passed by but never stopped working. They went out of their way to be sure everything was perfect and we were happy. They were very conscious of cleaning up. Equally as accommodating was the man who installed our shower door a couple weeks later. I have never been happier with a remodel or the installers who did it.
Results beyond belief
The Bath Planet staff went out of their way to make the process of replacing a bath and shower as carefree as possible. From the initial visit to the completed projects went as smooth as silk. My home became theirs and was treated accordingly. Jennifer (as busy as she was) saw to it that we were kept informed at every step from ordering to job completion. We had one minor issue with the caulking around the base of the tub coming apart. I spoke with them about it and the problem was solved with 48 hours. The crew at Bath Planet lifts customer service to an entirely new level. Thanks to all for a job that exceeded my wildest dreams.
Exceeded Expectations
The entire process of remodeling my two bathrooms was beyond what i could have imagined. Braxton’s team did a phenomenal job. They were professional, personable, courteous and treating my home as if it were their own. I couldn’t have ask for a more pleasant experience. The bathrooms look absolutely amazing. I wish I could upload pictures with this review. Again, i want to thank the remodel team Braxton, Mark and Victor for a job well done. I also want extend thanks to Nick and Mike for their keeping me and Lollie informed and inspired.
Completely satisfied
Everything was done in one day . The shower is beautiful and we look forward to enjoying it for many years. Would definitely recommend Luxury to friends or strangers.
Bathroom Remodel
My bathroom was in very poor condition. The contractor came to do the job and it came out very well. They were very professional, did not waste ant time talking but worked the entire time they were here. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and when the job was done, they made sure they took away all their trash.

I am very pleased with my new soaking tub and showed! It is beautiful! Garrett was very kind and let me dream about a new bathroom! and Brett was great with the installation! I would highly recommend!!
