Awesome New Bath
We were very pleased with the whole experience from the gentleman that came and gave us the estimate, to the crew that came for installation. The product looks very nice. The contractors were very professional. Attention to detail was spot on. Would definitely use again and would definitely refer.

It was done in the time frame you gave us and no one tried to sell us anything over what we wanted,in fact the one thing i thought we wanted they didn't recommend it as we would have been unhappy and it was more expensive. new shower stalls
our project started on Wed and ended on Friday of the same week with two bathroom shower installs completed. our installers were Alan, Bob and Shane. these three guys were incredible. very polite, great attitudes, on time each day and kept everything clean, and followed our requests to the letter. We Would hire these three again in a minute.
Tub to shower conversion
Great Job!!! Sales was very thorough and offered options. A few weeks later installers were there to complete the conversion. They cleaned up everything. Very professional thought the process. I would recommend Bath Planet to my friends and family

Consult
I just wanted to take a few minutes and share my unexpected experience with Bath Planet and sales representative Nick Sommers. I happened to be at my sister's home visiting while she had a consult scheduled so I figured I would sit in and hear what it is was about. I was a bit skeptical of the whole process but being a new mom and homeowner I thought It cant hurt to see what it is about. My sister had been referred to Nick and your company from her neighbor through themselves also having great things to say about Bath Planet and Nick. From moment Nick walked in it was like having a good friend explain to you the benefits of everything. Everything I was skeptical about by end of consult was completely wiped away. I am not normally one to leave comments being so busy with a new baby but our time with Nick was so pleasant that I promised myself I would contact your offices. His knowledge and great attitude made the whole visit awesome! So much so not only did my sister purchase but I convinced my husband and we are planning to as well. There was no pressure to buy, he made it fun and handled us two girls, my sister and I well. Trust me we had a million questions! haha I give credit where it is due, so with that being said I love what yall do and I think Nick is a HUGE asset to your company. Keep up the great work guys!
Just as promised
Everything promised by the sales rep was provided by the company. It's hard to believe that in less than seven hours, they took out a window, a tub the surrounding area and replaced everything, and cleaned up! I don't ever give anyone a perfect score, in this case because of dealing with their finance company, and trying to get the job scheduled at a convenient time. Nevertheless, I will use them again for my other bathroom.

They were there at 9 AM and finished by 5:30 .They cleaned up and explained everything i needed to know on how to keep it clean and if i had any problems.
Consultation
Just finished our consultation and everything went great. From the moment our sales rep (Arnold), got here till the time he left, he answered every single question we had. I would recommend Bath Planet to my friends and family
