Met Bath Planet at our local home show. Made an appointment and was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of our sales person. Big help in making our selections and sticking to our budget. Jake's the best!
I wanted to wait until 6 mos after our bathroom remodels before writing a review to make sure we were still pleased and not having any problems. We initially met with Carter who was very knowledgeable and a great salesman. Decided to tackle both bathrooms instead of 1. The only negative was, we were told the job would be done in a few days but in reality, there was overbooking and we were delayed to start. The job began very unorganized but thankfully, we were rescued by Jake (and Paul) who took over and made things happen. Jake is a pro! He knew all aspects of the job and a true professional. Nice & Polite too! We are happy with our new bathrooms because of the good service we received from Jake. He's the best!
2 New Showers in 6 Hours!
Great job from start to finish! Our sales rep was very thorough in explaining all the details from installation to cost and helping us pick out what was best for us. A few weeks later the 2 installers were here and answered any questions we had throughout the process. The tub to shower conversion in the hall bath and smaller shower in the master bath were both completed in 6 hours. The installers cleaned up completely including the garage where they were doing the cutting of materials. I highly recommend Bath Planet for their professionalism and knowledgable staff!
Shower remodel
Had the bathroom shower remodeled. It looks wonderful and it was done on time. Workers were very professional, and informative during the process. Well done.
Pleased with my shower re-do
We recently had our old shower stall completely gutted and a new one put in by Bath Planet. The technician, Phil, was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He was considerate of our home to minimize the mess and contain it. He worked, non stop, from the time he arrived until he left at the end of the day, only taking 10min for a lunch break. I could not have been any more pleased with anyone else!
Could not be happier
My husband and I went to a home design show and met a representative from Bath Planet. She was very personable, informative without being pushy. We called Bath Planet and set up a home consultation. The representative arrived on time and was very helpful in helping us design the replacement of our master bath shower and our hallway shower and bath combination. He even offered us suggestions on where we could save money. we really felt he had our best interest in mind. The company sent us two installation crews and the installation was completely done in just 6 hours. The gentlemen were very skilled and very respectful. We just could not be more pleased and would recommend Bath Planet to everyone. Definitely a 5 star experience.
Beautiful new shower looks so much bigger!!
Primo, my installer, arrived on time. It was raining, so he had to set up in the garage. He laid tarp down throughout the hallway and bedroom where the shower is located. He reviewed the shower job details with me and got to work. The new shower looks so nice! The old pre-fab enclosure had a lot of black areas in the seams no matter how much I scrubbed, even with grout. The walls had goofy shelves on all three walls. (I only need a couple nice corner shelves for my toiletries.) Without those crazy shelves, my shower is much bigger and cleaner looking. Wish I had done this sooner!
Upstairs bathroom remodel
We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Bath Planet and we are extremely pleased with the results. Our installer went above and beyond simply installing the new bathtub and shower. He was very willing to answer any questions and explained exactly what he was doing throughout the process and why. He was very meticulous in cleaning up after himself every day before he left. He put drop cloths on the stairs up to the bathroom to catch any dirt and removed them every night until the job was finished. We would have no problems having Bath Planet do future remodels. I love my new bathroom!
I saw Bathplanet models display at a mall and I decided to give them a chance. A week later, I met with Scott (Salesman). He was so wonderful. He was straight forward and on point and that's how I like it! I told him what and how I wanted In my bathroom. And that's exactly how they delivered it, the way I had expected. The installer, Mike came within the time frame like they promised and he did a great job. Service was great and the guys were very professional! I would recommend this anyone!!! Thank you Bathplanet!
BathPlanet Initial Visit
I found BathPlanet on-line and then visited their booth at a local home show. I set up an appointment with them and they sent out a salesman to our home. The salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. However, when I asked for a quote I received a handwritten note on their stationary with only the first name of the salesman, cellphone number and a single dollar amount circled. There was no detail of what specific items I wanted nor the extent of the services I was requesting. Also, the quote note was for twice the amount the salesman said he could provide the products and services for before he left our home. I left a voice mail the following day requesting a quote but have not received a reply after a week. 2 days ago their customer service called to follow up on our visit and upon hearing about our experience apologized but stated they had nothing to do with that part of their business. They offered to send another person out to take measurements and provide another quote. I was told a supervisor would call me and so far no one has contacted me. I don't think it is unreasonable of me to expect a professional and detailed quote for their products and services or a return phone call as promised. Either way, BathPlanet has lost a sales opportunity due to their poor first and second impressions. I hope future experiences for other prospective clients are better than ours.
