Craig and Ken worked together to come up with a design that allowed our bathroom window to be part of the shower the way we wanted and even made room for some storage shelves for towels, etc. Ken worked with us on pricing to make us as happy as possible and the install team led by Allen was courteous, clean, worked quickly and so far (1 week old) everything seems to have been completed very skillfully. Thanks guys!
After our complaint was emailed to Bath Planet, I received a call from Paula this morning about having someone come to finish the job on our shower. Saul was the technician that came by to install the piece that was missing. We really appreciated him to come by from his busy schedule and finish the job. Saul should be given an extra bonus for his efforts and awesome knowledge. He kept his word and his trustworthiness is greatly appreciated. If we have any other bathroom remodels, we would ask for Saul.
I went to the Home and Garden Show on Saturday and a lady set up my estimate for: 2 pm on Tuesday, Feb. 27. I called BathPlanet at about 2:20 because nobody had shown up yet and I have work to get back to. The lady on the phone at BahtPlanet told me she'd call me back to give me an ETA with my estimator. I got no call back, no voicemail. At about 2:46pm, I did get a call from an un-recognized number (not the one I called). If it were BathPlanet, I'd think they'd leave a voicemail at least? I waited near 40min later for any call. No voicemail, text, e-mail nothing. Whoever won the 1k (+$500 on brochure) from the Home and Garden Show, good luck.
From the initial sales visit with Joel to the Village Craftsman install with Phillip and Mark, I cannot say enough about the professionalism and fine workmanship. The installers were kind, courteous and thorough. They took a 1950 pink steel tub, dismantled it and rebuilt the area, floor boards, put in new fixtures, new trap, raised the shower head and the whole project looks gorgeous. They volunteered to put particle board, not just drywall green board on the long wall where down the road a grab bar may need to be installed. It was not planned and an incredible add on at no extra costs. I highly recommend Village Craftsman and Bath Planet. You can trust them to provide not only professionalism, but also fine craftsmanship.
Initial consult was great. Design meeting was great. Demo started great and then the delays started. Their 7-10 days turned into 22 all told. Lots of different reasons. Lots of dings in the paint which will be difficult to match to the old paint. They did rectify the damage done to the vanity after I brought it to their attention. They mis-measured one piece to cover the damage from removing tile from the wall (1/2 - 3/4 inch gap)...more paint to match. There was supposed to be a small ledge inside the glass to alleviate the need for a bench inside the shower...that didn't happen. Glass was measured wrong the first time (discovered when they came to install)...add another week. After it was finally installed, I realized the ledge wasn't there. The large glass panel is secured by three clamps (2 on the side and 1 on the bottom) The top, opposite corner moves, I think quite a bit. Was told this meets building code. Was offered a ceiling to glass brace to solidify the corner. Said yes to the brace... haven't heard anything since. They did however take their final payment right away.
We had our shower gutted & replaced. The entire process from sales approach to installation went amazingly well. Really liked John's no pressure straight forward sales approach. The follow-up communication was excellent. The installation went well with only a slight delay due to a miscut of one of the shower walls. However the shower looks great! Big improvement from before.
We purchased our bath remodel March of 2015 and have been very pleased with the service that we have received. The salesman was very pleasant and explained the whole procedure in detail. We have been very pleased with the final results and have received many compliments on our bathroom.
just ordered a new shower and the salesman was Tyler Carpenter. He did an excellent job answering all of our questions and very polite. we are very pleased.
I am a disabled veteran and I absolutely love my new walk in tub!! The gentlemen involved in the whole process are true professionals. I didn't have any problems during the whole process. I would highly recommend Bath Planet of Dallas to my friends. Thank you for making my bathroom more accessible!!
I had a great experience when I had my bathroom redone to a walk I shower. They are progressional and give you good advice, which honestly I don’t know anything about plumbing and bathroom renovations but they guide you through it. And I love how it turn out. Wish I can insert a photo
