Perfection!
We could not be happier with the incredible and beautiful shower Bath Planet created for us. The entire experience - from consultation to install - was flawless! They took out both a shower stall and a tub and created a gigantic two-person shower. It is absolutely stunning! Brian, the lead installer, was great! He was amazingly competent, but also incredibly charming. Hard to believe that someone might say a remodel process was fun - but it was. Our final result rivals what our friends have had done in their homes at double the time and double the cost! Craftmanship, materials, and design exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the Kent, Washington Bath Planet team. We love what you did and can't wait to have you back out tackle the challenge on the second floor!

Bath Planet of Lubbock did a fabulous tub to shower conversion for us last month, October 2017. From the time the sales representative met with us to the day of completion, it was handled in the most professional manner by the Bath Planet employees. The job was done when we were told it would be done and the final bill was exactly the price we were quoted, and it turned out beautifully. I saw the flyer in my mail box then i called to Bath Planet for make an appointment. As per schedule representative (Michael) came on time and explain everything and give answer of all my question. Installer came on time, he install very professionally and transform my bathroom as per my dream. Bob came over to repair a leaky shower head. He was efficient, knowledge and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. We have two showers by Bath Planet and after Bob finished re-caulking and fixing the leaky showers, he went downstairs and made sure the other shower was in working order. As I said earlier he went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied.

Tub to shower conversion
My husband and I were talking about converting one of our bathroom tubs into a walk-in shower for the last couple of years. Our procrastination quickly became a “must do.” After getting shots in his knees for four years, last month became the time of reckoning. He was bone-on-bone in one knee and nearly there in the other. We saw a commercial on TV for a company that refits tubs and/or converts tubs into showers. We checked them out on line but their customer reviews and ratings were not up to our standards. Then we found Bath Planet. Lucky for us they had a showroom 20 minutes from our house! We began researching them and were impressed by the fact that their customers gave them a five star rating! If that’s not enough, they have the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval! If that’s still not enough, they have a lifetime transferrable warranty on their work! We decided to call them and set up an appointment. John came over and showed us the products. Their choice of styles and colors were fashionable and up-to-date. John’s “no pressure” presentation sat well with us. He made us feel comfortable and we had no problem retaining their services and contracted with them on September 27, 2017. Even more impressive was that my husband was going in for a total knee replacement on October 17 and they were able to complete the job before his surgery! To us, they go all out for their customers. I absolutely love my new shower in the master bath. The workmanship is wonderful and with the beautiful new shower door, I feel like I am in a spa. Brian Smith, plumber and installer extraordinaire, was amazing and made sure that I was happy with everything. I have recommended Bath Planet to a number of people, and they have been so impressed with the final result!

it was a slow process ,to find the right things i needed, and Alex and Bryan at bath planet/ leisure living are the best guy's for this job! they found the perfect seat and door for my shower.. i love it!! i can't thank them both enough! for being patient with me and finding the right seat and door,, they did it!! they stayed in touch with me the whole time while hunting down the seat and custom built door,, that's service!! on a whole different level!! these guys are the best at what they do.. i highly recommend bath planet/ leisure living to anyone who needs help getting in and out of your shower or bath tub, these are the best people to get the job done right!!. just be patient and let them do there job.. you wont regret it!! my bathroom is beautiful and very accommodating just for me.
