Our New Bathroom
100% floored at what we have now!!! If anyone wants a new bathroom, use BathPlanet!!!! We had 3 company's come in to give us an offer. BathPlanet will work with you. The best part? They care about their customers!
NEVER DID GIVE US AN ESTIMATE!
We called, someone came out, took pictures of our bathroom to be remodeled. He said "we'll get back to you in a couple of days. Been 3 weeks and eve after call in to the office, they never have got back to us. Very unprofessional group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Walk in Shower
We purchased a walk in shower from Bath Planet on 9/25/17. Our sales rep. Was very courteous and worked to meet our needs, financially and size of the walk in shower we requested. Jose Medina installed the shower and was very kind. We were very pleased with his work, he removed the old tub and shower and cleaned up his mess. He was on time and called us to let us know when he would be here. Thank you Bath Planet for working with us, and yes we would recommend Bath Plant to our family and friends. Thank You Howard Musson
Bath Planet, a journey you will not regret!
I recently purchased a historic Lubbock home with an upstairs bathroom that needed to be gutted. I was initially taken back by their cost estimates but was happy I chose Bath Planet because: I. They stick w/their price and see the job through despite unexpected issues. II. You select the bathroom fixtures, hardware, lighting, etc. so they do not mark up. III. They manage their phones professionally if you need to call them; which is not the case with too many businesses today IV They are a family operation and I really liked the whole team because they do what they say and are nice to work with. I love my Bath Planet bathroom!
LOVE my new bath!
I would highly recommend Bath Planet. They are little costly but the finished product is worth it. I had an old yucky tub replaced and a new window installed. My installer Mike was wonderful. He was on time (actually even early) and worked his butt off from start to finish. He explained to me everything he was doing, did a great job & even cleaned up everything when he was done. (how many men do that)! The end result was like night & day & will certainly increase the resale value of my house should I decide to sell in the future. Thanks guys
Some Issues but they were resolved
We had a couple issues scheduling the installation when my wife and I would be able to be home. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but getting the date scheduled could've been smoother.
No service here. Can you here me now. 12k on two bathrooms
Need longer spout on tub they gave me a promise they would bring a longer one.
Luxury Bath
We contracted with Luxury Bath Technologies for a new shower and the Sales Rep was really nice. However it took over 3 months before it was installed. The dealer told us that it was because they were really busy with installs, which I understood because we bought it back in the spring. A recommendation to your dealer would be a little more communication to the customer that it might take 3 months before it's installed. In the end we are happy with the new shower, just wanted it put in sooner.
Couldn't Be Happier
What a difference! Our new bathroom looks fantastic and the work was completed in no time, which was important for us since we only have one full bath in our home. Anthony, Joe and Chris were fantastic from the minute they knocked on my door. Extremely professional and beyond helpful. So glad we decided to go with Luxury Bath
