Amazing quality of product and service!
It was great! The two men from Bath Planet were courteous, dependable, on time, efficient and met the needs of my bathroom that needed an upgrade. They worked, apparently effortlessly; however, I new it was a difficult and big job to handle. Actually, I could notrecommend them more highly! Selecting them to work on my home was not a mistake; it was a blessing! The bathroom is now very beautiful, extremely functional with the grab bars they installed and is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Bath Planet; if only all businesses had the work ethic that you displayed.
Excellent conversion
I seen Bath Planet advertised online so I gave them a call. They were very quick to respond to my message & set up an estimate within a few days. The work was done in 1.5 days in converting a old tub & tile shower to just a shower. Bath Planet has excellent products which are guaranteed to last forever. We are so happy with our new walk in shower with the "S" glass doors. The workers were very neat in covering our carpets & cleaning up. The workers were also very professional, knowledgeable, & courteous. If I had more bathrooms to complete I would definitely call them again. I highly recommend these skilled professionals to perform your next bathroom project as you will not be disappointed. GREAT JOB BATH PLANET & GREAT PRODUCTS. WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM!

very bad service
They scheduled a appointment with me and my husband. Confirmed the appointment he day before. I changed my whole work schedule to accommodate the appointment. They cancel an hour before. Really!!!!! I work 80 hours a week. My husband is dying so his time is really precious. Very disappointed with this kind of service. Wish I could give negative stars!!!
I love my shower
I just had my jacuzzi tub removed to add a full shower. As I am getting older I found it more difficult to climb over that tub to take a shower. At first I considered Bath Fitters but I found their customer service to be horrible and I wanted to make sure that any damage under the tub or around the tub and shower was taken care of before I cover that space. Bath Planet came up after a google search and I went straight to their showroom. The salesperson was friendly and immediately made an appointment to come to my home. I decided to have the tub to shower conversion done. It took about 2 months for my product to arrive and I had installed on 7/7/17 by their installer, John Zepeda. He was on time, courteous, and tidy. He let us know where all the water damage was and corrected it. He was at my home that day for more than 14 hours, and he came back the next day to finish. Bath Planet should give this man a raise! I love my shower now. Thank you Bath Planet and especially John Zepeda!!
Really cool bathroom
They took all the time we needed to help us decide what we wanted. Cabinet color, countertop color, shower wall color, we had a lot to decide and then we went to the shop and decided it all agin. They were very patient with us. We ended up with a beautiful room we are proud of. Thanks

I was skeptical about having a bath done in one day. I have to tell you I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone considering this. love my tub/shower
After a number of bids, we found an ad for Miller Home Renovations. It was close to us, so we went to the show room and spoke with the owner, Ken. He came to our house and gave us a bid. We loved the product and was very impressed with the installer. If anyone needs a new tub/shower, call them. You will love yours too.
