Love my shower
I recently had knee surgery and you went above and beyond to see that my shower was installed days before my surgery was scheduled. The work was completed in a short day and the workers were efficient and professional. You really went beyond my expectations.

A very positive experience from the sale through the completion of the work. The salesperson had in-depth knowledge of the product and effectively walked me through everything without any pressure. Best investment I have made for my home
I really was banking on the different websites of competitors. I could see Bath Planet had quality but most importantly, their own installers. These 2, (Jess and Bo) worked extremely well together and knew their stuff. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. I finished the rest of my bathroom after the guys did the enclosure and tub. I have complete confidence in their warranty and workmanship. If you're going to re-do a bathroom, get it done right. Bath Planet is the company to depend on. I dealt with a salesman, an office lady via phone, the store manager for install appointment and then the two installers. ALL were on the same page. Thanks Bath Planet.
From Cave to Awesome!
The installers actually took no time at all, were very clean and listened to what I had to say. They took my input and made it happen! We did have an issue with the door...we did not like the semi-frameless design of the door, and called to complain. We were taken care of immediately, with no questions asked -- and no additional charges. Our sales man was outstanding - a really nice guy. He had been in the service, and clearly understood our needs.
Job well done
My mother needed a walkin shower do to an on going disability. I saw an article in the paper for BathPlanet and it looked promising. Anthony Barnes came to give us an estimate. He explained everything to us very clearly. It was a little expensive , but he said it would be done in 2to 3 days. I had to have it done. I didn't know what to expect. Daniel and Gilbert did the work in 2 days they were extremely pleasant and polite and very clean and did a beautiful job. The new shower is beautiful and works great. Mom and I are very pleased.

Had to Back out of order
While I actually wasn't able to complete my purchase, I can't say enough about Bath Planet and my experience so far with them. The sales rep was great as was his manager. I was totally impressed with the product and actually signed up. Unfortunately, finances prohibited me from going through with the purchase at the time (which I am totally unhappy about), but the manager tried everything in his power to help me out. I still had to cancel. Rest assured, however, when I am able to do so, the first call I will make will be to Bath Planet. Thanks for understanding, Bath Planet, you are definitely the kind of people I want to work with.
Impressive
When we moved into our new home we knew right away we needed to remove the tub in the master bedroom and add a walk in shower. WE went to a number of different places but when we stopped at Bath Planet and were greeted at the door with a very knowledgeable gentleman, Todd Berdit. At that moment we decided we like what we saw and heard. Todd measured and explained what we needed to complete the job. They even finished it a month earlier than was planed. We could not be any happier with the final produce. It is easy to take care of and much easier for people our age to navigate getting in and out of the shower. Thanks again for the wonderful addition to our master bath.
