Excellent!
Excellent customer service!! No problems, excellent installers as well. I had a party planned and found out my acrylic installation would be after the party date:( I called detroit tubs, Bob, explained my situation and he orchestrated a quicker install!!! Above and beyond!! The two gentleman that came to the house did an excellent job and thoroughly explained the care for my new wall system. Thank you detroit tubs, it looks better than i imagined!! Very satisfied
doors
Replacing the tub with a shower was well done and looks great. The only problem is the sliding doors which move so fast I think they might break. I have to be careful to move them very slowly to keep them from banging. Also the rear door won't stay completely closed. leaving a small gap where water can get out.
Quite Impressive Work
Todd presented us with a quote and assured us that any unusual things that might pop up when the walls were opened up would be taken care of. ...and they were! There was some unusual framing that had to be removed and replaced, our existing shower had a poured concrete pan that had to be jack hammered out and new concrete poured after the plumbing was done. Steve, the installer, went the extra mile to get all done and it was done very well. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Bath Planet for anyone thinking about a bathroom remodel.
Unprofessional
Finally being able to work Bath Planet into my schedule, I set an appointment for 4/25. Eric arrived as planned. As he came into my home I informed him that my wife would not be able to attend our meeting. Both my wife and I informed him we would not sign any paperwork today, but wanted to get started on a plan to remodel our shower in the master bath. He said well I can't stay and per my boss, both parties need to be present. I explained to him that I would like to get this done today, as my schedule is very tight for the next month. He got up and said my boss will contact you tomorrow and walked out. Never heard back from anyone.
Highly Recommend Them!
We were extremely pleased with the result. We ran in to a few snags but they worked through it with us and were very easy to work with. The owner of the company (Doug) was very accommodating and made sure everything was squared away. It looks great!

New Enclosed Stall Shower
I cannot say enough about the great experience I had with the entire team of Bath Planet. Prior to attending a local home show I had not heard of Bath Planet, but now I would recommend without hesitation. I had my old tub/tile replaced by a beautiful stall shower & along with a quick install and competitive price, they can't be beat! Thanks again!!
Extremely Satisfied
I began searching for a company to remodel by bathtub/shower, using acrylic overlay, in August 2016. I had a rep from another company with "Bath" in its name, come to my home. The rep was knowledgeable and professional but I did not like the price so I did not purchase at that time. I did call back around December, but I received no response until I called again, in February, ready to purchase. Without going into details about that visit, I was checking email a month later and a pop-up ad for Bath Planet came up and I am so glad. The customer service and communication was and is impeccable. The timelines were reasonable. The installers showed up 15 minutes early and were extremely polite and professional. A part was missing, so I called and spoke to Dennis, who apologized and immediately gave me a date for delivery and installation of that part. I asked that he have the secretary send a brief email confirming this agreement and she sent it within an hour! The product is beautiful and I will tell everybody about this pleasant experience. Please use this company for your bath remodeling needs!!
