I really was banking on the different websites of competitors. I could see Bath Planet had quality but most importantly, their own installers. These 2, (Jess and Bo) worked extremely well together and knew their stuff. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. I finished the rest of my bathroom after the guys did the enclosure and tub. I have complete confidence in their warranty and workmanship. If you're going to re-do a bathroom, get it done right. Bath Planet is the company to depend on. I dealt with a salesman, an office lady via phone, the store manager for install appointment and then the two installers. ALL were on the same page. Thanks Bath Planet.
