Mark Eckart gave me a total presentation which covered materials and installation. I think that Bath Planet (a family business) could be trusted to do the job right at an honest price.

Knowing we needed a new shower but no idea where to begin, we nailed it when we got Bath Planet! Our salesman Mark helped us with a bid to tear down a 1/2 wall and put in a new shower with beautiful glass doors. The contractor was very precise and extremely neat. We liked it so much we decided to get new counter tops in both of our bathrooms. I have had tons of compliments and the new shower has worked out very well for our elderly parents that have come to visit for the holidays. Thanks to all!!!!

From beginning to end, I cannot rate my experience with Bath Planet of San Diego any higher. The salesman was very informative, kind and was not pushy at all. (what a change from the other companies we had out). We liked the products and selection a lot. It was pretty hard to choose but we selected the maderia granite and are thrilled with how it came out. The office was a delight to deal with too. From scheduling to installation, the ladies were so pleasant and they did a great job of staying in touch and answering our questions. The installers were just as nice as everyone else we encountered. They were neat, professional and treated our home with care and respect. Best of all is how the end result came out. We are just thrilled and could not be any happier. The installation process took 2 days just as promised and it took about 4 weeks from the time we ordered until they came to install it. Again, just as promised. We would recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking to update their bathroom and are very happy with our decision to hire them.
durable
We had our bathroom done in 2008 and it still looks great, and has been very durable. 5 adults shower daily in it and it has stood the test of time. Worth the money.
REMODEL FROM TUB TO SHOWER
I was amazed at the transformation that took place, and all in only two days time! The two gentlemen, Christian and CJ did an outstanding job and were very professional in how they answered any questions that we had. They took care to cover all the work area from the front door to the master bath in which they had to work, taking care of protecting all our furniture. This being our first experience with a remodel, i must say, we could not be more impressed!! Thank you Bath Planet for giving us exactly what we ordered..You guys are 'THE BEST'!!
Bath Planet stands by their word
We got an estimate for 2 bathrooms, we were a little concerned about how much it was going to cost but knowing that we had a lifetime warranty and all the service they included helped us to make the decision to go forward. We had some minor issues with the installs but everything was taken care of just like they promised. The workers were timely and efficient and professional. It's nice to know that they stand by there product and their word and they will be there for us after the job was completed. There aren't many contractors around that will still be around even after the job is completed. I will recommend Bath Planet to everyone.
Really love our new shower conversion
We had the standard shower/tub combo and wanted the tub taken out and to have a full size walk in shower. The tear out was done very quickly. The install is beautiful and just what we wanted. They did the entire bathroom, double vanity, mirrors, lights, toilet and shower. we purchased several things such as lights, toilet, etc. but they had everything else. We had one minor problem with the shower door adjustment and they were out in a couple of days to adjust them. Loved their installers. They were all great!
Please with first bath
We are please with Bath Planet's installation of our first bath down stairs. Beautiful work everything went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We have decided Bath Planet do our second bath upstairs. The plans sound great! Can't wait.

I would give you a 10! Even though it took three days to get the new shower installed it was well worth it!
Price gouging
The company could have more work if they bidded their jobs within industry standards. Price gouging prices to be their practice.
