Excellent work and value - very pleased
The people at Bath Planet are friendly and really know what they are doing when it comes to remodeling bathrooms. We had a complete remodel: new shower, new sink and vanity, new toilet, new light fixture, new medicine cabinet, and new floor (with new vent), new everything. The results were night and day; out with the old, in with the new. They even replaced some of the old sub-flooring and aligned the the plumbing with the old. Excellent and very professional. There is plenty of competition in this field; for my money, I am SO GLAD I chose Bath Planet. It you can't tell, I highly recommend them.
Just what we needed
We were searching for a low-maintenance, good-looking solution for our shower in the master bath, and Bath Planet delivered. The install went great - in fact, they accommodated a couple of special requests without any problem. They were quick, and the results are fantastic. Cleaning is a breeze, and the look is wonderful. Replace Tub with Full Shower
The end product was fantastic and we are very happy. The two guys who came to our house were respectful and did the entire installation between 8pm and 2pm. The price was higher than other products but we went with the look that we wanted.

Excellent customer service
I arranged for a bathtub replacement with BathPlanet and put down a $2,000 deposit. Everyone I worked with was very responsive through the scheduling and planning process. Unfortunately my condo association decided that if I was replacing the tub I would also have to replace every bit of pipe in the wall. This was something that neither I nor BathPlanet could have anticipated. Due to the expense involved with pipe replacement I decided to cancel the job. When I called the folks at BathPlanet and started to explain the situation they offered to refund my $2,000 deposit even before I got around to asking. The refund check arrived in my mailbox soon after. I really do appreciate that BathPlanet was so easy to work with and so understanding about working in a vintage building where it's difficult to anticipate the full scope of the job.

Rental tub
Service and installation were both great. I was a little shocked at the pricing, but have to admit this was the thing to do instead of doing a new tub with wall repair which would have taken at least 3 days.. Installation in one day, no down time for my tenants to use bath and shower and it looks great.
Awesome new bathroom!!
Experience was amazing and simple. Met one week and had a new bathroom the next week. Only took a day to complete, cleanup was done same day, price was perfect and financing available. Definitely recommend Bath Planet and will use them again for my second bathroom in the next few years. :)
