Good job
Work was done in just over a day. We discovered a couple of errors in the design of equipment they brought, one of which I just let go and the other they replaced immediately and without any hassle. Their service people were absolutely excellent and helpful.
Awesome
We recently had a small corner shower replaced. The area that could be used for a new shower was not large enough for showers that are available in any of the big box or retail stores. BathPlanet came out and measured the area and installed a perfect fitting shower stall that is fantastic in looks and functionality. They did it in less than 2 weeks and even had a shower curtain made (at no additional) charge that made my wife extremely happy. I would highly recommend them as being very professional, proficient and courteous, They almost made me wish that I had another shower that needs to be replaced. Thanks for all you did for us!! Still not happy.
The initial work was fabulous. When we noticed a few little problems we are STILL having problems getting someone to come and take care of them. So we have mixed feelings about the run around we are getting to get someone to come handle the somewhat easy problems.

3 Times the charm!
Once the salesman came out and looked at our bathrooms, 2 full and 1 1/2 bath, he told us what could be done to renew them. The fun began! They did what they said they where going to do. The man that did the work was very polite,knowledgeable and professional. All 3 of the bathrooms turned out beautiful! And the price was very reasonable for 3 baths. I'm very pleased with the end result. I would recommend Bath Planet to others.
Not worth the money
Installation went as anticipated. Product has a nice appearance if you don't look at all the caulking. Unfortunately, our shower leaks. Water drips suddenly hours afte use. Workers have been back twice to try to fix. This is very inconvenient with my working. Have to get them back a third time. It isn't worth $11K.

Total Bathroom remodeling in Blue Bell, PA
They started with demolition work: removed old tiles, soaking tub, sink & vanity, toilet, linen closet. We were very impressed how they managed to keep the house clean during the demolition work. Workers were very professional, polite & really tidy. They hovered the floors at the end of every day of their work. They installed new flooring, dry wall, bath tub with glass shower screen, vanity, recess lights and all other bathroom accessorize, tiling looks really good. We are very happy with our modern and clean looking bathroom. The cost of the renovation was around $12000 - this is labor cost only. We have decided to supply most of the material ourselves : tiles, soaking tub, vanity, counter top, faucet, glass bath tub screen etc.. We would be happy to use Luxury Bath services again. They are professional, punctual, polite and tidy.
