I arranged for a bathtub replacement with BathPlanet and put down a $2,000 deposit. Everyone I worked with was very responsive through the scheduling and planning process. Unfortunately my condo association decided that if I was replacing the tub I would also have to replace every bit of pipe in the wall. This was something that neither I nor BathPlanet could have anticipated. Due to the expense involved with pipe replacement I decided to cancel the job. When I called the folks at BathPlanet and started to explain the situation they offered to refund my $2,000 deposit even before I got around to asking. The refund check arrived in my mailbox soon after. I really do appreciate that BathPlanet was so easy to work with and so understanding about working in a vintage building where it's difficult to anticipate the full scope of the job.
