We called, someone came out, took pictures of our bathroom to be remodeled. He said "we'll get back to you in a couple of days. Been 3 weeks and eve after call in to the office, they never have got back to us. Very unprofessional group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Sue, Thank you for contacting Bath Planet Corporate. We apologize on behalf of our dealer and will reach out to our local dealer and find out why it has taken this long to get back to you. We don't know if this is due to the recovery efforts from the hurricane/flood or not. Either way you should've at least received a phone call if they couldn't provide a quote in a timely manner.
